Experience the benefits of assisted stretching in managing pain, increasing your range of motion, preventing injury, and more.
If this sounds like you, let’s connect.
-
You want your body to move better and have more mobility
-
You really dislike stretching yourself or often don’t prioritize it
-
You don’t love the physical touch of a massage but suffer from pain and discomfort

Once you feel the first-hand benefits of fascial stretch therapy, you’ll never turn back again!
Fascia, in simple terms, is a webwork of tissue that covers our entire body. It goes in multiple directions and has multiple layers. It’s almost like a Saran Wrap-like covering that surrounds your muscles and organs. When it gets too tight, it can restrict your movement. Fascial (not facial!) stretch therapy is an assisted stretching technique that allows you to tackle areas that are difficult to stretch yourself. It involves the therapist providing traction on the major joints, while moving the limbs through various movements to offload tension and unwind the tissue.
Fascial stretch therapy is a relaxing and pain-free way to manage aches and pains, increase your range of motion, and prevent injury, among other benefits. It’s also beneficial for everyone, including athletes, desk workers, pregnant women, elderly people, and children.
My patients are invited to enjoy a standalone fascial stretch therapy session, or request that fascial stretch therapy techniques also be incorporated into their massage therapy treatment session to further alleviate any chronic aches or pains, improve mobility, or prevent injury.
