The focus of my massage therapy practice is to help my patients address their chronic aches, pains, and concerns, or simply just relax and feel good. I lean on restorative and therapeutic massage therapy techniques to improve your overall health and wellbeing by acting on the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.
What makes my practice unique? I take the time to understand each of my clients as unique individuals. This includes understanding all facets of your health, like health history, past and/or unresolved injuries, current aches, pains, stresses and concerns, as well as your overall health and wellness goals.
I work to create personalized and holistic treatment plans for my clients. I want you to leave my table feeling good, with a deeper understanding of what’s going on in your body that may have been contributing to nagging aches and pains.
