My 1:1 Lifestyle Coaching Services are personally tailored to support your individualized needs.

This personalized coaching program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce anxiety, and build confidence through a holistic approach that supports the mind, body, and soul.

Over the course of three months, we’ll meet once per week (up to 1 hour per session) to explore and work through any physical, emotional, or energetic blockages that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll develop sustainable practices tailored to your lifestyle—including support with nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness.

This coaching journey is about more than just routines—it’s about deepening your connection to yourself, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, and building a toolkit that helps you feel grounded, empowered, and well.

Program Details:

  • 3-month retainer

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions (up to 1 hour each)
