I offer support in the way of providing and demonstrating rehabilitative-based exercise recommendations to help with pain and injury recovery, or by creating customized programs that patients can do at their own home or in their gym of choice. 

My rehabilitative fitness programs are prepared on an individualized basis, and pricing is determined according to each client’s needs and goals.
