I'm Kendra, your whole-body health and wellness advocate.

RMT, FST (Level 3 Medical), Doula

A true athlete and nature lover at heart, I’m a multi-faceted health and wellness practitioner with a number of certifications in the healthcare field, including massage therapy, fascial stretch therapy, personal training, birth coaching, and energy healing. My commitment to a whole-body approach to health radiates in my passion for helping each and every client I work with feel great — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Growing up in the Yukon, I graduated with a Diploma in Human Kinetics while playing university volleyball at Capilano University in North Vancouver. During my time on the West Coast, I became a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer before relocating to Toronto where I went on to graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June 2014.

What makes my practice unique and the reason my clients love working with me stretches beyond my professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail — it’s in my commitment to delivering a second-to-none experience that focuses on helping my clients feel supported, relaxed, heard, energized, and happy. I guess you could say that my own personal spiritual healing journey has allowed me to step into a role that truly supports my clients in the most empowering and unique way possible.

My ultimate goal is to provide effective, functional, professional treatments to every single client I work with. My drive and dedication to helping others has provided me with the ability to communicate and connect with my clients and aid in their road to recovery through a holistic and whole-body approach to health and wellness.

I can’t wait to get up close and personal with your subscapularis...and have a good laugh!

Ever have a co-worker that comes into the room and has the worst attitude? Everything terrible always seems to happen to them — from a parking ticket to losing their wallet and smashing their phone screen...all in the same day! Ever notice how you tend to get in a bad mood while being around them? That’s energy — a low vibrational energy. Ever notice those really positive, bubbly enthusiastic people that you seem to gravitate towards? That’s a high vibrational energy.

The power of the mind is something we don’t talk about enough. We let our ego mind take over and allow it to hijack our life. You can have a great fitness routine and a regular self-care practice, but if the mind is filled with negative self-talk, the body will truly never heal.

My practice is rooted in that high-vibrational energy that leaves you feeling good. I focus on holistic healing through the body, mind, and soul, and wholeheartedly believe you can’t heal one without the other.

The human body is an incredibly powerful, interconnected tool and society has been conditioned to believe that healing is a matter of treating the issue at hand. I strive to truly understand your challenges and pain points to deliver a personalized plan that not only addresses your goals, but leaves you feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about a pain and stress-free future.

I am always learning so that I can support each of my patients in the best way possible.

I have lived and worked in Toronto since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2014 and take pride in pursuing as many courses and certifications as I can to gain a better understanding of the human body.
